Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
Three-tab shingles are cheaper upfront but they don't hold up like architectural. We recommend them for sheds, detached garages, and rental properties where budget matters more than aesthetics. For your Gilead home? Go architectural.

Our Gilead emergency crews carry 20x30 tarps, 2x4 nailer boards, and masonry anchors for various deck types. Permanent repairs are scheduled within 48-72 hours once materials are sourced.
Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
